I first dealt with Anthony at Fridge & Washer City in Morley in July 2020. I found him to be extremely helpful and obliging. He bent over backwards to help me and his service went way above normal expectations.
Since then I have dealt with him a couple of times in regards to the original purchase I made and then with sorting out a new appliance and helping me in relation to having to pay in a couple of instalments. I can’t speak highly enough of him and his store. If I could have given him ten stars I would have done so.

Fantastic service!
We recently bought a fridge from Fridge & Washer City Joondalup. The customer service was fantastic. We were given plenty of time to browse and think, without being pressured. And they answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of information on the different brands. We had our children with us and they were welcomed (and were even given an icy pole) which made our shopping experience much less stressful. We received our fridge in a few days and it was installed for us. We needed a lift as our kitchen is on the first floor and they organised this for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I have used the wonderful team at Joondalup Fridge & Washer City many times. They are definitely my ‘go to’. They provide individualised service and can price match the big boys. You're not just a number, they actually do care and exceed expectations with their quality service. I needed my washing machine delivered at a specific day and time, and where Harvey Norman said they couldn't do it, these guys did! This is a great family business who deserve your business.

Excellent service and price.
I found out at work in the morning that my freezer had died, and I needed a new one ASAP. The Joondalup store had the freezer I wanted and could deliver it on the same day. They gave me a further discount over the listed price and delivery cost as well. From the time I rang, the delivery was about three hours. I could not have asked for more helpful, efficient or courteous service.

Great service and great outcome thanks
Went in to do some research on a replacement washing machine. Finally found someone who knew their products after having visited a number of places where we just left confused. Managed to buy a Fisher & Paykel washing machine which matched our needs. We have bought a couple of fridges here previously and have always got good personal service.

I bought a washing machine online but upon delivery realised it wasn't what I wanted (which was entirely my fault). Anthony from the Morley shop was amazing. He helped me do the swap, navigate through what I needed and was kind enough to deliver the machines on both occasions. He did all that with grace and a very positive attitude. I'm impressed!
I recently purchased a fridge/freezer which was made simple by the knowledgeable staff. I was most impressed when it was delivered. They had already unpackaged it and had pre-chilled it the night before so that when it arrived it was ready to plug in and load up with my veggies and freezer goods. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
