What is inRent?

inRent is a rental finance plan that lets you have those home appliances you want now, without the upfront cash outlay and with no deposit. So you can hold on to your cash, start renting today, and at the end of your rental term, the goods are yours to keep with no further payments!∞

What can I rent with inRent?

You can rent any item valued at $250 or more from a wide range of appliances, including:

  • Washing machines
  • Dryers
  • Ovens and cooktops
  • Fridges and freezers
  • Dishwashers
  • Microwaves
  • Vacuums and steam cleaners
  • Air-conditioners
  • Barbecues
  • Dishwashers

Accessories and furniture protection packs up to 30% of the value of your agreement can also be included.

Do I need additional cover?

In the event your rented goods are stolen or destroyed in a fire, you can relax knowing Debt Waiver is included in your monthly payment, so the debt will be waived, leaving you free to choose new items and begin a new agreement^.

What happens if my product is faulty?

If your product is faulty or playing up at any time during your rental term, just call us on 1300 134 820 and we’ll repair it for free◊.

What are the fees?

There are NO application fees and NO ongoing account keeping fees. All you need is your first month’s payment.

Who can inRent?

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply. inRent caters for consumers from all walks of life, has no minimum income qualification and welcomes visa holders and Australian residents alike.

How do I apply for inRent?

Applications can be completed at your local inRent retailer. You will need a valid form of identification (e.g. driver’s licence with current address) and proof of income when applying.

Can I apply from home?

In a hurry to get home? Call 1800 807 621 for pre-approval# during normal retail trading hours or visit us at to apply online anytime or scan the QR code on the back of this brochure!

Can I add items to my agreement?

You can add additional items to your agreement at any time*. Simply head into your local inRent retailer or apply from home.

How can I pay my account?

Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit from your bank account. Your first payment will be deducted upon delivery of your products, and for all future payments you can choose fortnightly (half payments) or monthly debits to suit your needs. A quarterly statement is also sent to you ensuring you can keep up to date with your account.

How long is an inRent agreement?

You can choose from 3, 3½, 4 or 5 year terms on most items. At the end of your term the item is yours to keep with no further payments!
