LG Laundry Offer - Bonus Delivery & Installation - Terms and Conditions
This promotion is a joint promotion between LG and Fridge & Washer City.
Information for the Bonus Delivery & Installation segment of this promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AWST on the 3rd of May 2023 and closes 11.59pm AWST 31st of May 2023 (Promotional Period). Any purchases made outside of the Promotional Period are deemed ineligible for the Promotion.
Promotional Offer
Purchase a selected LG Laundry Appliance from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period and receive bonus delivery & installation valued at $85. Delivery only within a 20km radius of a physical Fridge & Washer City store; installation only to existing taps and drains; excludes cabinetry alterations.

The offer is for personal purchases only and is not applicable to trade (commercial) or wholesale suppliers. The offer is not applicable to trade seconds products.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.
The Promoters’ decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) participation in the promotion or use of a gift.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by entrant claimant, the claimant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law.
