4. The offer commences on 01/04/2021 and all purchases must be made
by 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2021 (“Purchase Period”). Redemptions will

5. To be eligible to claim, individuals must purchase, and pay for in full, an
eligible Front Load Washer as listed in Annexure A (“Eligible Front Load
Washer”), from a Participating Retailer (as defined below) during the
Purchase Period (“Eligible Purchase”).

7. To claim, individuals must then complete the following steps during the

date the Eligible Purchase was made and the Participating Retailer) and
upload a copy of the tax invoice/purchase receipt containing the Model
No for the Eligible Purchase; and then

The claimant will then receive an email from the Promoter confirming
that their claim has been submitted and is subject to verification.
Successful claimants will then receive a second email from the Promoter
confirming their claim is valid.
8. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1)
claim is permitted per Eligible Purchase; (b) a maximum of three (3) claims
are permitted per person; and (c) each claim must be submitted in
accordance with claim requirements.
9. Every valid claim received will be awarded one (1) Active Gift Card
(“Card”) valued at either $100 or $150, depending on the Front Load
Washer purchased. See Annexure A for a list of Eligible Front Load
Washers and the corresponding reward for each.
10. Successful claimants will be sent an email to confirm their details and
select how they’d like to use their Card Instore OR Online. Depending on
choice, successful claimants will be issued with either an SMS to
download their digital Active Gift Card to their mobile wallet to tap & pay
with Apple Pay and Android Pay at our participating Active Gift Card
retailers OR an email with instructions on how to use their card online.

11. The Card is valid until the expiry date indicated and cannot be used
after expiry. Cards are not refundable. Lost, deleted or stolen Cards
cannot be replaced. Retailers featured are current as at 03/02/2021 and

12. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Card are not
included. Any unused balance of the Card will not be awarded as cash.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity
of claims and the claimant’s details (including a claimant’s identity,
age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions,
tampered with the redemption process or engaged in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper
conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the
Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The
Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
14. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
15. Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) as proof
of purchase and for the purposes of submitting a redemption. Failure
to produce the proof of purchase when requested may, in the
absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a
claimant’s claim rights and forfeiture of any right to a reward.
Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that an
Eligible Front Load Washer was purchased, and that the purchase
was made during the Purchase Period but prior to submitting the

that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is prohibited
and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or
modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory
consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and
Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC
Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories
of Australia (“Non Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability
that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of the offer.
25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including
the Non Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its
respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not
under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or
third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered,
damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or
(f) use of a reward.
26. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to
conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third
parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service
providers, reward suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory
authorities. Submitting a claim is conditional on providing this PI.
The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy
addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy
Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise
advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research
and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or
information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or
correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the
Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how
those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property
of the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the
Promoter may disclose claimant’s PI entities outside of Australia (for
guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian
Privacy Principles. By submitting a claim in this offer claimants
consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the
Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable
in this regard.
